Living Room
– A well-balanced modern interior design gives a clean and fresh look; the furniture is pushed against the walls, leaving floor space open and uncluttered to accommodate large groups comfortably.
– The living room opens to the swimming pool and deck area
– The living room is not air-conditioned
Bedrooms
– The villa has 6 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms,5 bedrooms have attached washrooms and the 6th bedroom is an attic bedroom with no attached washroom
– 1 bedroom is on the ground floor with 2 queen size beds
– Total of 6 bedrooms with 9 beds (5 king size beds and 4 queen size beds)
– On bed sleeping accommodation is for 18-20 guests; extra mattresses are available
Entertainment and Games
– The living room is equipped with a 65″ smart satellite TV
– Music systems are available. One for the poolside and another in the living room
– Indoor games: 8-Ball Pool, Table Tennis, Foosball, Carrom and Chess
– Outdoor game: Cricket – Football Turf
– Prior intimation and permission are to be obtained if DJ or live music is planned
Kitchen
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, 2 gas stoves, and a water purifier
– Ample crockery and glassware are available
– An ice box and an ice bucket are available
– The kitchen is fully functional; warming food and basic utilities are not charged
– We do provide meals at the property with extra cost; this is a per-day menu that includes 4 meals: lunch, hi-tea, dinner, and breakfast. The meals are prepared at the property by our well experienced chef
– If meals are to be cooked at the property by the guest or their cook, it’s charged for the gas cylinder, kitchen utility, and cleaning: ₹.5,000/- per day upto 15 people
– If meals are brought from outside, a cleaning charge is applied : ₹.1,000/- per day
