This beautifully style Portuguese infuenced villa is situated just 40 kms from Navi Mumbai. If u are a nature lover then this is home is a perfect getaway for in a small village of Kunoor in Badlapur.
This is a perfect place for yoga enthusiasts or an art lover wanting to conduct a weekend retreat or people who wanna just chill away in the pool or the outdoor bar this is a perfect weekend place for ur family and friends.
Guest access
The guest would have access to the entireplace including the swimming,the garden and an outdoor lounge. Since its stand alone house the guest can use the entire space within the boundary following the house rules except the caretakers house.
Other things to note
We are animal lovers and have pets in the property and would not like any harm to be done to them. If the guest would like to be kept away from them they need to inform us so we can makeproper arrangements.

Our staff are like our family, and we would appreciate if you do not scream at them.
They will do their best to provide you with all the facilities they can.
As we are in the middle of wilderness, we might have occasional bugs.
To minimise this, we would appreciate if you could please shut the windows by evening.
We are ardent nature and animal lovers.
Please do not damage any of the plants — we want you to enjoy the greenery.
Also, kindly do not trouble our pets (hens).
There is strictly no diving in the pool.
Please do not take your drinks and food into the pool.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house and in the pool.
No smoking in bedrooms.
We will provide you with a rack for your wet towels and clothes.
Just ask the help, and they will give it to you.
We ask you to abide by all the house rules so that you can have a great stay at our home.
We love reading, and our bookshelf is full of fun books and comics.
Feel free to read them, but please take care of them.
We will provide you with cooking utensils and a gas connection.
It is recommended that you bring your groceries along (milk, flour, bread, etc).
In case you need something from the market, our caretaker (for a nominal fee of ₹150 per trip) can assist you.
Please note: Products available are local brands and might not be the same variety that you are used to.
You also have the option of ordering great local food from nearby restaurants.
Strictly not allowed:
* Hookah or substance abuse
* Shouting or screaming
Quiet hours: 10 PM to 10 AM
At the time of check-in:
* 1 guest must provide a photocopy of a photo ID (Aadhar Card).
* All other guests must fill in the details required in the form.
