Payment Policy
* Pre booking is mandatory to enjoy seamless services.
* Booking will be confirmed only once advance 50% payment is processed.
* Compulsory 50% balance amount at time of check-in.
* Security deposit ₹3000 at time of check-in (refundable if no damage).
* No cancellation in confirmed person count is acceptable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
* Dates can be changed only subject to future availability.
* Advance paid is non-refundable.
Safety Instructions & Important Notes
* Use this villa/premises as your home.
* Villa is 3 BHK or 6 BHK or 5 BHK provided to guests, 1 room for staff.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Guests must use all amenities at their own risk. Management not responsible for accidents due to guest negligence.
* After 10 PM no loud music allowed.
* Drugs and illegal activity strictly prohibited.
* Possible power cut may occur, inverter backup for 3 hours provided. AC/Geysers don’t work on inverter.
* Take care of children while using swimming pool.
* Swimming pool timing till 10 PM as per government rules. Use after 10 PM at your own risk.
Pool Rules & General Notes
* No running, pushing, diving or rough play in pool area.
* Smoking & drinking strictly not allowed in pool.
* Do not enter house with wet clothes (slippery tiles).
* Caretaker will not clean vomits/other unexpected mess. Cleaning charges ₹500 will apply.
* Use all amenities gently, as they are for next guests.
* Any damage will be deducted from security deposit.
* Any misbehavior/disputes will allow management to stop service.
* Follow check-in & check-out times. Extra stay after checkout charged at ₹200 per person per hour.
