Apart from the rooms specified above, the villa has 1 moreroom on the ground floor which is for staff use only – the kitchen.
Entry to this room is separated from the rest of the rooms and guest entry/usage of this room is strictly restricted.

Check-in- 2:00 pm onwards and Check-out process shall be completed by 11:00.
Early check-in or late check-out would be chargeable and would depend upon availability.
– Our staff shall be available for assistance from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 11:00 pm
– Balance amount for stay shall be paid at Check-in along with a security deposit of Rs. 5000 (in cash) which is 100% refundable if no damages are made or no late check-out.
– OUR VILLA IS NOT PET FRIENDLY
– IDENTITY PROOF OF EVERY GUEST INCLUDING KIDS SHALL BE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN
– Any additional guest, more than the count mentioned on the receipt, shall be charged. No visiting guests are allowed.
– Breakfast Timings – 8:00 am – 9:30 am
– We shall provide soap, shampoo and fresh bed and bath linens to all the guests. Hot water is available throughout the day.
– We serve home-made Veg / Non veg meals from in-house kitchen, pre-orders are required for all the meals served (Check-in day Lunch – on previous day).
– The kitchen is for staff use only. We shall provide induction and necessary utensils only if you are travelling with infants.
– COOKING MEALS/SNACKS BY GUESTS IS NOT ALLOWED. ALSO OUTSIDE COOKED FOOD IS NOT PERMITTED. DRY SNACKS AND DRINKS ARE ALLOWED.
– Meals shall be provided in the living area or in the open lawn. It is requested to have your meals in the designated dining areas only- please avoid eating in the bedrooms. No table/ room service available.
– Outdoor music is allowed till 10:00 pm as per government rules. However, you can enjoy the music in low volume indoors so that it does not cause disturbance and inconvenience to the neighborhood.
– Our villa is not suitable for late night parties. No professional DJ systems are permitted.
– Pool timings – 7:30 am to 9:00 am and 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. At all other times the pool will be closed for filtration and maintenance.
– Eating and drinking on the pool deck area and inside the pool is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
– There is no lifeguard at the pool. Swim at your own risk. Kids below 14 years of age should be accompanied by an adult.
– Drinking is permitted within limits. The guests can carry their liquor. Crockery shall be provided by us.
– Smoking is allowed in the open areas. Please avoid smoking indoors. Hookah is strictly not permitted.
– Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, explosive materials inside the property are prohibited. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
– Inventories belonging to property, including but not restricted to Bed and Bath linens, Game equipment’s, Speakers, Kitchen utensils, are not allowed to be taken outside the villa premises.
– Nagaon, Alibaug being a rural area slight voltage fluctuations are expected all throughout the day. We have installed voltage stabilizers to safe guard all electronic devices during such power fluctuations.
– We provide limited power back-up during power failure.
– A humble request to all the guest to switch off electrical equipment of unoccupied rooms to avoid wastage of resources.
– We are not responsible for the working / quality of the third party services which we offer to the guests (Wifi and TataPlay)
– Parking available exclusively for private vehicles. We cannot guarantee parking for commercial vehicles, tempo travelers or buses.
– Outdoor areas are under CCTV surveillance. Be assured of a safe stay.
– Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings. Management is not responsible for loss of any personal belongings.
– Management reserves the right to cancel the booking with no refund for any unlawful behavior of the guests towards the property / Staff / Owner.
– Loud music/noise is prohibited outdoor after 10.00 PM; music can be played inside at considerable volume.
