-Three of the bedrooms and a small hall are on the first floor.
-All the bedrooms are well furnished with Queen size beds, wardrobe and are self contained with attached bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 – 1 Queen size bed + 1 folding double bed + 1 folding mattress bed + floor mattresses
Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen size bed + 1 folding double bed + floor mattresses
Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen size bed + 1 folding double bed + floor mattresses
Bedroom 4 – 1 Queen size bed + 1 Sofa cum bed + floor mattresses

-The hall is equipped with sofas and chairs for comfortable sitting.
-All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
-Every room of is huge well ventilated with large glass windows to give an uninterrupted view of nature.
-We provide extra beds/mattresses as per the requirement
-The hall on the ground floor has a sitting capacity of almost 30 – 35 pax.
-Apart from the rooms specified above the villa has 1 more room which is for staff use only – The kitchen. Entry to the kitchen is separated from the rest of the rooms and guest entry/usage for this is strictly restricted.

-Lush green lawn in front of the villa adds to the serenity of the space.
-The garden is well maintained and showcases many plants.

-A terrace on the 1st floor is laid with artificial lawn and is a perfect place for a evening sit out.
-We provide a Bluetooth music system on request free of charge to play your favorite tunes only in the living area.
-A Gazebo at the pool area is the guests’ favorite.
-Arrangements for special occasions are done as per requirement (shall attract extra charges).
-Balloon / floral decorations can also be arranged as per request (shall attract extra charges).

-Dining/Tea/Coffee/snacks are not permitted inside the rooms as it may invite ants and other creatures due to spillage food and make your stay uncomfortable.
