– The villa has 3 air conditioned bedrooms.
– 2 bedrooms have king size beds each, the third bedroom has 2 queen size beds attached together.
(Total of 3 bedrooms with 2 king size beds and 2 queen size beds)
– Extra mattresses are available.

Entertainment and Games
– Living room is equipped with a 55″ Smart Satellite TV and a music system with woofer.
– Indoor games : Ping Pong, Foosball and Chess.

Prior intimation and permission to be taken if DJ or Live Music is planned by the guests, plugin charges for a day is : ₹.1,500/- per day

Kitchen and Meals
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner gas stove, and a water purifier.
– Dining can seat 8 people.
– Barbeque setup is available
– Ample Crockery & Glassware is available.
– Kitchen is functional, warming food and basic utilities are not charged.


If meals are brought from outside a cleaning charge is applied : ₹500/- per day

– The villa has a private covered swimming pool.
– Pool dimension : 26 feet x 9 feet.
– The pool has a depth of 4 ft – 4.5 ft.
– Guests are advised to be cautious, especially with children.
– Baby pool is 2.5 feet.

A refundable security deposit of Rs.5000/- will be collected at check-in. This amount is refundable at the time of check out against any damages.

– Loud music/noise is prohibited outdoor after 10.00 PM, music can be played inside the villa at considerable volume.
– Drinking and eating inside the pool is strictly prohibited.
– No littering of waste outside the compound wall.
– 1 guest has to provide photocopy of photo ID (Aadhar Card) at the time of check in, rest guests have to fill the details required in the form.
– The property is not pet friendly

Interaction with Guests
– The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message.
– A responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you to have a perfect stay.
