Day 1: Delhi – Manali | Overnight Volvo Journey
Board the Volvo bus from the designated pickup point in New Delhi for an overnight journey to Manali. The journey takes approximately 12–14 hours.
Day 2: Arrival in Manali + Local Sightseeing
Arrive in Manali and transfer to the hotel. Check-in is at 12:00 noon, subject to availability. Later, proceed for local sightseeing covering Hadimba Mata Temple, Ghatotkacha Temple, Club House, Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar and Mall Road. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Manali – Solang Valley
After breakfast, proceed to Solang Valley. Enjoy the scenic surroundings and optional adventure activities at your own expense. During snowfall, sightseeing will be subject to weather and road conditions. Alternatively, sightseeing may be provided up to Barrier Point. Optional Rohtang Pass or Atal Tunnel visit can be added at an additional cost. Return to Manali for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Manali – Kullu – Manikaran – Manali
After breakfast, proceed towards Kullu and Manikaran. Visit Vaishno Devi Temple and Pashmina Shawl Showrooms en route. Continue to Manikaran to visit the Gurudwara and hot springs. River rafting and paragliding are optional and payable directly by the guest. Return to Manali for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Manali – Delhi | Overnight Volvo Journey
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and leave your luggage at the hotel. Enjoy leisure time in Manali for shopping and exploring Mall Road or nearby attractions. Around 4:00 PM, proceed to the Volvo Bus Stand for your overnight journey to Delhi.
Day 6: Arrival in Delhi
Arrive in Delhi in the morning, concluding your Manali and Kullu tour.

- Any porter, pony or other charges incurred during sightseeing
- Honeymoon special inclusions and other optional services
Advance payments are generally non-refundable. However, where possible, the amount may be adjusted towards a future travel date, subject to availability and applicable conditions.
Cancellations after booking confirmation are non-refundable.
Hotel and Transport
Check-in and check-out will be as per the respective hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Transport services will be provided as per the confirmed itinerary. Any additional sightseeing, route changes, detours, waiting time, or other changes requested during the trip may incur additional charges.
Weather and Unforeseen Changes
The itinerary may need to be adjusted due to weather conditions, road closures, operational restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such situations, reasonable alternative arrangements may be explored wherever possible, subject to availability. Refunds for activities or services affected by weather conditions or natural events may not be possible.
Force Majeure
The company cannot be held responsible for cancellations, delays, disruptions, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, health emergencies, or other force majeure events.
Any additional expenses arising from such circumstances may need to be borne by the traveler.
Optional Activities
Activities not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions, including adventure sports, local excursions, or other optional experiences, are not included in the package cost and will be payable separately.
Availability of such activities is subject to weather conditions, local regulations, and operational availability.
Liability and General Terms
Travelers are advised to take reasonable care of their personal belongings and follow applicable safety guidelines during the trip. The company will not be responsible for loss of personal belongings, injuries, accidents, or incidents arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Package prices may be subject to change before confirmation due to fluctuations in fuel costs, hotel tariffs, government taxes, or other applicable charges.
