Day 1: Delhi – Manali | Overnight Volvo Journey
Board the Volvo from the designated pickup point in Delhi for an overnight journey to Manali. The journey takes approximately 12–13 hours.
Day 2: Arrival in Manali + Local Sightseeing
Arrive in Manali and transfer to the hotel. Check-in as per hotel policy, with early check-in subject to availability. After freshening up, proceed for local sightseeing covering Hadimba Devi Temple, Ghatotkacha Temple, Club House, Buddhist Monasteries, Van Vihar and Mall Road. Dinner and overnight stay in Manali.
Day 3: Manali – Solang Valley
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Solang Valley. Enjoy optional adventure activities at your own expense. Rohtang Pass and Atal Tunnel can be visited at an additional cost, subject to availability and local conditions. Return to Manali for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Manali – Kullu – Manikaran – Manali
After breakfast, proceed to Manikaran via Kullu. Visit Manikaran Gurudwara and hot sulphur springs. En route, visit Kullu traditional shawl weaving factories. River rafting is optional and payable directly. Return to Manali for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Manali – Shimla
After breakfast, check out from Manali and proceed to Shimla. Arrive in Shimla and check in to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Shimla Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for Shimla sightseeing covering Kufri, Himalayan Wildlife Zoo and Jakhu Temple. Later, return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Shimla – Delhi | Overnight Volvo Journey
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Enjoy leisure time at Mall Road before proceeding to the Volvo bus stop. Board the overnight Volvo to Delhi.

Advance payments are generally non-refundable. However, where possible, the amount may be adjusted towards a future travel date, subject to availability and applicable conditions.
Cancellations after booking confirmation are non-refundable.
Hotel and Transport
Check-in and check-out will be as per the respective hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Transport services will be provided as per the confirmed itinerary. Any additional sightseeing, route changes, detours, waiting time, or other changes requested during the trip may incur additional charges.
Weather and Unforeseen Changes
The itinerary may need to be adjusted due to weather conditions, road closures, operational restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such situations, reasonable alternative arrangements may be explored wherever possible, subject to availability. Refunds for activities or services affected by weather conditions or natural events may not be possible.
Force Majeure
The company cannot be held responsible for cancellations, delays, disruptions, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, health emergencies, or other force majeure events.
Any additional expenses arising from such circumstances may need to be borne by the traveler.
Optional Activities
Activities not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions, including adventure sports, local excursions, or other optional experiences, are not included in the package cost and will be payable separately.
Availability of such activities is subject to weather conditions, local regulations, and operational availability.
Liability and General Terms
Travelers are advised to take reasonable care of their personal belongings and follow applicable safety guidelines during the trip. The company will not be responsible for loss of personal belongings, injuries, accidents, or incidents arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Package prices may be subject to change before confirmation due to fluctuations in fuel costs, hotel tariffs, government taxes, or other applicable charges.
