Day 1: Arrival in Darjeeling
Arrive at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport and proceed to Darjeeling. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Day 2: Tiger Hill Sunrise & Darjeeling Sightseeing
Early morning visit to Tiger Hill for sunrise, followed by Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, proceed for Darjeeling sightseeing covering the Tibetan Refugee Center, Research Institute of Tibetology and other attractions as per the confirmed sightseeing plan. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Day 3: Darjeeling to Gangtok
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Gangtok. On arrival, check in to the hotel and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 4: Gangtok Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for Gangtok sightseeing covering Tashi Viewpoint, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower Show, Cottage Industry, Research Institute of Tibetology and Dro-Dul Chorten. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 5: Tsomgo Lake & New Baba Mandir
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake and New Baba Mandir. Nathula Pass can be visited optionally, subject to permit availability and applicable charges. Return to Gangtok for overnight stay.
Day 6: Departure from Gangtok
After breakfast, check out and proceed to NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.

Indian Passport Holders
The package rates are applicable to Indian passport holders only.
Point-to-Point Transfers
Transfers and sightseeing will be provided as per the confirmed itinerary on a point-to-point basis. The vehicle will not be available for disposal.
Weather and Road Conditions
Sightseeing and travel plans may be affected by weather conditions, road closures, traffic restrictions, landslides, local regulations or other unforeseen circumstances. Any additional expenses arising due to such situations will be payable separately.
Nathula Pass
Nathula Pass sightseeing is optional and applicable only to packages where it is included in the itinerary. Entry is subject to permit availability, government regulations, weather conditions and operational status. Additional charges apply and the visit cannot be guaranteed.
Optional Activities and Entry Fees
Entry fees, permits, ropeway, toy train, adventure activities and other optional services are not included unless specifically mentioned under the package inclusions.
Vehicle and Route Restrictions
Certain sightseeing locations may have vehicle restrictions or require additional vehicles due to local regulations and road conditions. Any such additional charges will be payable separately.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable. However, where possible, the amount may be adjusted towards a future travel date, subject to availability and applicable conditions.
Cancellations after booking confirmation are non-refundable.
Hotel and Transport
Check-in and check-out will be as per the respective hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Transport services will be provided as per the confirmed itinerary. Any additional sightseeing, route changes, detours, waiting time, or other changes requested during the trip may incur additional charges.
Weather and Unforeseen Changes
The itinerary may need to be adjusted due to weather conditions, road closures, operational restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such situations, reasonable alternative arrangements may be explored wherever possible, subject to availability. Refunds for activities or services affected by weather conditions or natural events may not be possible.
Force Majeure
The company cannot be held responsible for cancellations, delays, disruptions, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, health emergencies, or other force majeure events.
Any additional expenses arising from such circumstances may need to be borne by the traveler.
Optional Activities
Activities not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions, including adventure sports, local excursions, or other optional experiences, are not included in the package cost and will be payable separately.
Availability of such activities is subject to weather conditions, local regulations, and operational availability.
Liability and General Terms
Travelers are advised to take reasonable care of their personal belongings and follow applicable safety guidelines during the trip. The company will not be responsible for loss of personal belongings, injuries, accidents, or incidents arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Package prices may be subject to change before confirmation due to fluctuations in fuel costs, hotel tariffs, government taxes, or other applicable charges.
