Rajasthan
Numerous tourists have been drawn to Rajasthan because of its art. Rajasthan, also known as the Land of Kings, is a gorgeous tapestry of camels trudging across the Thar Desert’s gentle sand dunes. It is a kaleidoscope of women in swirling, multicoloured ghagras and men with magnificent moustaches and vividly turbaned heads. The landscape is dotted with island palaces glistening on idyllic blue lakes, temples and fortresses perched on the rocky peaks of the Aravalli, exquisite palaces constructed during the rule of some of its numerous former Rajput dynasties, and carefully planned gardens with pavilions and kiosks, all of which add to the splendour and whimsy of this majestic land. Rajasthan is a very well-liked tourist destination in India because of its art.
